Refund Policy for Karkun.in
1. Non-Refundable Services
Once transcription services have commenced, payments made to Karkun.in are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of the work provided by our team.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the Karkun admin has not yet started working on the transcription service, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any transaction fees.
- In cases where the user provides incorrect files or documents, and requests a cancellation before the work has begun.
- If a significant error or technical issue prevents the delivery of the service as promised.
3. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or after the transcription work has been completed and delivered.
4. Error Corrections
If there are errors in the transcription that result from poor quality submissions (such as blurry, illegible images), the Karkun admin will notify the user. However, such errors do not qualify for refunds. Corrections may be made at the discretion of Karkun.in.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, the user must:
- Submit a written request within 7 days of service initiation or delivery.
- Provide detailed reasons for the refund request, along with supporting evidence.
- Karkun.in will review the request and provide a response within 7 business days.
